Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for Octavisualizer, a product of Octathorpe Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited. We aim to be fair and transparent in all cases.

1. One-time integration and setup fees

One-time fees cover the production of 3D models and the integration of the Octavisualizer viewer or configurator into your store. These are bespoke services and the following terms apply:

• Before work begins — a full refund will be issued if you cancel before we have started production
• After work has begun — a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work not yet completed, at our discretion
• After delivery — no refund is available once 3D models have been delivered and approved by the merchant

2. Monthly subscription fees

Monthly subscriptions cover hosting, platform access and ongoing support. The following terms apply:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced
• You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period

3. Cancellation process

To cancel your subscription or request a refund contact us at [email protected] with your account details and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 3 business days.

4. Service disruptions

If Octavisualizer experiences a significant service disruption affecting your store for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit on your next invoice. Please contact us to report any prolonged outages.

5. Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a billing dispute, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days.
